So, I eat a lot of watermelon. A LOT. It's one of my all-time favorite things about summer. And I know they can be a royal pain in the tushka to cut up. But not with a method I've developed that's a proven winner. And you don't even need to own the Ginsu knife.
The other day Clark helped me shoot this little video on exactly how I slice and dice them for your enjoyment/benefit. He promised not to film my face - my only beef. And sorry about the phone ringing.... There were no second takes - I was down to my last quarter melon when I decided to film the chopping...
