The Biz

  • To my little corner of the internet. I'm a lifestyle photographer and I call Maryland's Eastern Shore my home. It's Chesapeake Bay country out here and it's just lovely. Full of inspiration. I have a husband I call "Clark Kent" because he's my own personal superhero. And... he looks awesome in plaid flannel. Hot dang. I have two little boogers who keep me on my toes and a yellow four legged child that always keeps me company. I love scrapbooking, curling up to a good movie, and dark chocolate M&M's. Thanks for stopping by... I "heart" your comments.

Two words crib that stupid thing!

Oh my!! Luke & Lucy sound just like Nathan & Shannon! He never climbed out of the crib..same here we let him start being a "big boy" b/c the baby was coming...he took naps on a toddler bed at first. He never climbed out...and even after she was in the crib and he would climb in..he would call to get out. Not little miss!! we moved the crib to an upstairs room when she was just shy of two...imagine my shock when she is standing beside my bed one night!! So daddy caught her in the act..over she tossed the baby doll, over the leg and shimmied down the leg of the crib, reached in and grabbed her "B" her blanket. so big girl bed it was and I cried & cried. Truly, DON'T BLINK or they will be just on the verge of 17 & 15...sniff, sniff p.s Thanks for sharing what most of us mom's felt. (I think some moms were so done with baby phase they celebrated)
