Still in NYC so I'm gonna keep this short and sweet.

Justin totally rocked out his CrossFit challenge over the weekend. He raised $1,680 for the Fight Gone Bad Challenge (his goal was $1500) benefitting the SOWF (Special Operations Warrior Fund).

He sent me this photo...

Hi Katie! Agree with Nikki, that this past weekend was very emotional.....living right outside of DC (now, not 10 yrs ago) it really brought close to home how scary of a world it truly can be...thank GOD for our military and all they do to protect us!!! On top of that, my husbands best friend from high school is HUGE into CrossFit and has been for years...best of luck to your friend Justin!!!!! :)
