Welcome back for a second installment of Thankful Thoughts.
Today I give you my better half...
My Clark.
He's been away the last 4 days on a trip and I miss him something fierce. Miss him in every way possible. Can't wait for him to walk though the front door tonight.
I'm so thankful for him. Why he married this hot mess, I'll never know.
Thankful Thought No. 2 - For Clark,
because he lets me be my wild self,
because of his endless support of my zany undertakings... if I told him I was going to go join the circus, he'd say - "Go Katie Go! You'd be great at it."
and he would mean it.
because he is such a handsome devil :)
because he knows how to do/fix anything - Mr. Kent
because he is patient (so very patient)
because he loves our family more than anything and makes sure we know it
because he is an amazing example to the kids, especially Macho right now
because he is ambitious, and adventurous
because he has an amazing work ethic
because he trusts me on BIG issues like wardrobe and haircuts... (he's hanging in there right now as we are in the middle of a hard grow out. From Paul Walker in Into The Blue, to Brad Pitt circa Meet Joe Black. It ain't been easy.)
because he is honest and sincere in EVERYTHING he does
because he is sooooo level headed (thank God for that - and thank God one of us is!)
because I was madly in love with him at 19... and again at 27 when our timing was right on the money honey.... and every single day since.
how sweet is that??? isn't love the best? ; )
