Introducing...

So, I've been thinking.

(Clark runs for the hills when he hears me say this out loud.)

Really, I've been thinking about this little project since back in February. But wasn't sure how to fold it into this sorry excuse for an online rant.... That is... until NOW.

And - I've been thinking about all of YOU. The comments you leave me about how you dream of participating in a project like Ali's Week In The Life - but it was just all too overwhelming for you. That kinda stuff gets that hamster in my head a-runnin'. Ya know?

So! I'm throwing out a challenge for all you tadpoles. I'm determined to bring you out of your crafty little shells and I promise... it won't hurt - or be overwhelming - or expensive - or bothersome.

Folks... I give you a little project called:

And for the record - I'm going to be playing along with you.... My project is not anywhere near finished. In fact - I have only one entry... just so I'd have something to show you.

Here's how it's going to work:

1) Every Monday for the next several weeks I'm going to share with you one of my favorite "little things" in life. The items that make life sweet, convenient... downright better. I'll take a picture and write a blurb about why I love it. And I hope you'll do the same.

2) I've created, and will provide to you downloadable templates for you to use to complete your "one little thing" page each week. Which isn't really a page at all - it's a small tag looking thing. You'll see.

The point is - we're gonna take this S...L...O...W...

One little item each week. One picture of one thing is all you have to take... and then write a little blurb about it. That's it.

And in the end you'll have something that looks like this:

Here's your assignment. Take a picture today of one "little something."

Tomorrow I'll fill you in on what you're going to do with it.

Oh yeah - and one more thing to sweeten the deal... During this process I'm going to be doing as many giveaways as I can afford/logically give of my "favorite things."

Just call me Oprah.

But you're gonna have to earn it.

The first 5 people to email me the picture of their first "little thing" will get a Chapstick True Shimmer Tropical from moi.
